I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Yami. She was able to come in and assist with a on-going repair situation. Yami was amazing and extremely helpful. Additionally, I want to thank Aaron, Ryan, Monte and the kind gentleman that repaired my drywall (apologies for forgetting his name). Again, thank you to every person on this team, they really came in and assisted us. All deserve a promotion, recognition, or some sort of compensation. All of them were very kind, open to communicate, and pleasant to interact with. I wish them all nothing but the best in both their professional and personal lives. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you to this kind team!

Couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Sunsolar Solutions. They kept us updated every step of the way and made us feel truly involved in the process. The installation was quick, and the customer service has been amazing. Huge shoutout to Kelly for always being there whenever we had a question. Fantastic company!

I would like to give SunSolar a -5 star if Google allows me to.
Everything about this experience was bad.
1. Installation schedule took forever, I was in contract in September and installation didn't happen until December.
2. Breaker box location was the biggest eye sore, and they cited the city ordinances for the location of the box. Had it been a smaller/slimmer box, would have been way better.
3. MASTIC SMELLS TERRIBLE! SunSolar "prides" themselves on this and the smell is like TAR.. and that smells seeps into the house. They said it would go away in a few days, and it lasted 3-4 weeks. My family of 4 plus 3 dogs were displaced from the house for a week elsewhere due to the smell.
4. SRP did not approve because of the same breaker box mentioned were in the way of the meter which was not at eye level. They were going to just cut away from the house's facade(the lip on the stucco wall) without consent had I not stopped them and after a few days of back and forth, they were able to remedy the meter location for SRP approval.
5. After all was said and done, I am left with a system that I have no access to and unable to pair my Tesla battery to the app and no support.

For all this trouble, especially due to the displacement, Sunsolar offered no compensation for the trouble it's caused my family citing that the mastic is standard(for them) and that it was due to the fresh air filter system(which they ignored). Perhaps all that mastic smell that Sunsolar smells got to them and they don't know any better.
DO NOT GO WITH SUNSOLAR. Plenty of other solar companies out there.

We had such a wonderful experience with SunSolar Solutions! From our salesman, Cam, to Nathalie in the back office, the communication was absolutely amazing. They truly left no stone unturned when it came to answering all of my questions.

What stood out most was how they kept me in the loop every single step of the process. I never felt confused or forgotten, everything was explained clearly and handled with care.

We have been incredibly happy with SunSolar. We met our sales person - Rob at a Home Show in Glendale. He was absolutely the nicest most genuine person and answered all our questions. We still weren't sold on the idea of solar and at the time we were building a new house. Rob stayed in contact with us and watched our home being built with us. He was never pushy or aggressive. He had fans and knowledge and he was passionate. We really appreciated him. During this time we had numerous other solar companies come over to quote us and give us more options. Many were very aggressive offering to sell us more equipment for cheaper prices, etc etc. However, we always went back to Rob. We feel he was honest and proud. The way Sunsolar installs and does business seemed superior and so we finally after almost a year of talking to Rob purchased. We are so happy we did. From that moment forward we had communication every step of the way. Our Care Rep - Kelly was also wonderful. She kept us in the loop about every step of the process. Who was coming to our house and why. We were grateful for the excellent communication. We have been turned on and operational for about a month now and we already had a service message come up for a panel. Kelly was on it. She text me immediately saying the tech would be there the next day. If you're in the business for Solar, we would HIGHLY recommend Sunsolar Solutions. You will not be disappointed!
