Sunup embodies everything customer service should be. From initial consultation to final PTO they were responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The service manager Brandon just finished a short tutorial on the use of the app.
The price was very reasonable. In the crowded world of solar Sunup stands apart.

Install was seamless. Everything going back to initial contact and contract was so easy and simple. All questions and concerns dealt with. And Brandon doing the meeting after install to make sure understanding of all apps was a great bonus!

Again professional and they didn’t leave a mess during or after the project. Pricing was reasonable and the install was done in a day without any issue. There were definitely some paperwork delays that I had to chase after, but they were understandable given the crush of applications and permits in the second half of 2025.

Brandon was also super helpful with Q’s and A’s once the system was up and running. Would recommend SunUp Zero Down to anyone interested in having solar installed.
