I contacted Sun Solar in the summer of 2023 for an estimate to install solar on our home. I was very impressed with the salesman, Steven Bernard, when he went through all of our last years electric bill and calculated our needs. Steven made multiple visits to our home. Ended up his calculations were spot on. Our first full year had a true up bill of .47 cents. That means PGE only got .47 cents from us for electricity. The second year our true up was $4.50 cents. The system works great.I had so much trust in them I let them do the install while we were on vacation. We recently install a heat pump and got rid of our gas furnace. I’ll be contacting them once again to calculate the new electric charges and update our system. I highly recommend this company.

Sun Solar Electric is a very professional company. I would highly recommend them. My project was for Solar Power in my home.They were on budget and on time. The result is amazing. Electric power monthly costs have dropped from $300 - $500+ per month down to $50. In addition I receive credits from PG & E for excess power created. They have a great program to track usage on a daily basis. In addition it will add value to my home when I sell. Best dollars I ever spent on a home. My original investment should be entirely paid off within 7 - 10 years.

Jayson, Mike, Page and team did an extraordinary job designing and installing a solar panel and Enphase battery system on my existing (50+ year old) house which challenged other installers. When I had problems with the Enphase system they diligently troubleshot the issues and when it became clear that it was a hardware defect they handled the warranty replacement process from start to finish. (Never a problem with the solar panels). Since concluding that warranty process over a year ago I have had not one single glitch with the system, which is impressive and which generates almost exactly the amount of electricity we consume every year - by Sun Solar’s design. I would not (and have not) hesitate to recommend them to friends.
