Verified Project
Be very careful when dealing with this company. We had them install solar at our home. During this process their recommended electrician tried to over charge is almost 8 thousand dollars to re run all of our electrical. A local electrician recommended by the electric company did it for 1/4 the estimate. Also they were unaware of local building codes and I had to contact the county inspector my self to have the panels placed where I wanted. Cost of system was 55 thousand. We then were going to have a system at our business installed for 100 thousand. READ every line of your contract. After months of delay the system size was over promised by the salesman as was the the building code for ground panels and a guarantee of financing. After ground panels were denied and their recommended financing company refused the project we were left with no option but to cancel the project. We also found out that the promised time frame for repayment of the project was much longer than they initially quoted longer by like a decade, we were told this by the financing lender when he denied the project. There was never any mention from anybody about the initial down payment being non-refundable once the project was canceled we were told they would not be refunded our $1,500 deposit. Obviously all this was written in legal jargon inside of a very lengthy contract. One would expect when dealing with a reputable company that a this would he pointed out over and over again. Do your due diligence when dealing with this company. I personally would not lose a customer and risk the word of mouth over $1,500 but that is what they have elected to do.
