Green House Solar

I had a very good experience with Green House Solar. They were extremely communicative, they never overpromised, they did what they said they would, when they said they would, at the price they quoted. It was solid, professional work with a personal touch. It was easy to get questions answered - and I asked a lot of questions. They were very clear in setting expectations and then meeting or exceeding them. I would recommend them to anyone looking to add solar to their energy mix.

They use American-made products and their work crew got the installation done in less than a day.

From the very first meeting, Lee O. stood out for his honesty, respect, and genuine desire to help. He took the time to thoroughly explain every detail, answered every question with patience, and was always available—whether by call or text—whenever something came up. His professionalism and class showed in every interaction, and he made the entire solar process smooth and stress-free.

Even after installation, he has continued to check in and offer support, showing that his commitment doesn’t end once the sale is complete. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and trustworthy in this industry. I highly recommend Lee to anyone considering going solar—you’ll be in excellent hands from start to finish.

EDIT: 2025 Update

This one’s great company has sadly fallen apart. I initially had something break over a year ago and it was a pain to getting in contact with them, but I thought nothing of it.

Most recently, I have been trying to add additional solar to my house and possibly add some batteries as well. However, calling and leaving voicemails, sending emails, using the automated system on their website has not worked. It’s almost like they don’t want the business.

Regardless, I’ll take my money in business elsewhere and pray to God that I don’t ever have to reach out to them if something breaks again.

These guys are amazing. I found them from some random solar website I was using and like with most of those sites I entered the relationship with an extreme amount of skepticism. However that was replaced with understanding and the ability to meet some pretty awesome people. I had most of my questions answered before I asked them and what I did ask was answered quickly by Rob (Sales). The installers (Other Rob and team) were also amazing. They allowed me to follow along and explained everything they were doing as I had some interest in learning.

They were patient and methodical. Also, HUGE shoutout for the neatness of the work done. The cable runs that the electrician did (mint), and the lines from the roof to the garage, along with the ethernet cable installed to my network cabinet...all was done with professionalism.

Lastly, the front office team were also great. They actually showed up on the job-site and said hello which was different and awesome to see.

All in all, Green House Solar did a fantastic job and the only thing I get to complain about now, is the amount of cloudy days each month :)

The salesman Lee Oelkers was great throughout the project and after. Had an issue with the power company 10 months later and Lee and his team jumped right in to help.
The Greenhouse team work with us to give us what we needed, and also went above and beyond to make it aesthetically pleasing after the layout. They worked thru any and all issues and gave a great product in the end.

Green House Solar is an excellent choice for anyone considering going solar. Their professionalism & knowledge made the entire process smooth and as stress free as a big investment like this can be! Our rep, Lee, was excellent, especially since we were new to solar. He made sure all of our (many!) questions were answered. The quality of their work is top-notch. Other than the installed equipment, you wouldn't know they were even there! The only (very!) minor critique would be that communication could be a bit better post-installation, especially with all the approvals you need before turning on the system. (This could be chalked up to them having to wait for PSE&G, etc, to do their part before anything can get finalized.) But overall, their dedication to customer satisfaction makes them a standout company. Highly recommended!
