Green Convergence

Green Convergence was recently dispatched to my home to repair my non-reporting solar panels. The technicians, Efrain Zepeda and Jose Hernandez arrived within 15 minutes of their four hour arrival window; no needless waiting around time. They were neat, professional and congenial. They repaired my panels in short order and cleaned any debris they may have created upon completion. I received a full verbal report. Thank you Efrain, Jose, and the support staff of Green convergence. I highly recommend this company.

GREEN CONVERGENCE -- SIMPLY SEAMLESS
I researched adding a backup battery to my existing solar system and decided the FranklinWH was the best choice. After going thru reviews I called Green Convergence -- a fortuitous decision. I spoke with Jeff. He told me about the company. His Dad, an electrical contractor, was one of the owners and the other partner was a roofing contractor. It all sounded good and I decided to move forward. I was given a quote and signed the paperwork. A few days later, Joaquin, Green Convergence technician, showed up to execute the initial survey. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Our property is a bit unique; there are two houses and so isn’t a “typical” layout. Because of this Joaquin came back twice more for additional pics, measurements, etc . Josh, Green Convergence’s engineer, got in touch to discuss locations for equipment placement. I was not only impressed by Green Convergence’s attention to detail but the fact that they were determined to make the installation work and at the same time taking into consideration my needs. I can’t emphasize enough how great this is from a customer’s POV. Once a game plan was in place everything ran like clockwork. The installation crew, Adalex and Alex, were superb: professional, courteous and executed a great install. Emily, the project manager, was spot on handling the scheduling and always answered my questions. There was a minor glitch with our system’s inverter which was figured out quickly by Chase, the senior field manager. LA Building and Safety inspection was approved with zero issues (2-18-26). The FranklinWH is a terrific product. Bottom line: my experience with Green Convergence can be summed up with a single word: seamless. I highly recommend!

Aaron and Jose provided outstanding service during their home visit to fix the issue with my solar panels. I am a SunPower cash customer. When SunPower went bankrupt I was left in the dark with no help! When I had an issue I called local solar companies just to have their technician come out and say they don’t work on SunVault systems. Very frustrating! Our two technicians (Dillon and Austin) accomplished a difficult repair of our solar panels. They reinstalled inverters and did it with amazing skill. They arrived at the exact time that they said they would. we are so pleased with the result and thankful to have our solar system back online.
