The customer service at Chertah Solar is top notch. I called in on a Thursday to ask about getting a quote for solar for our home. We had done one once before but decided to build a pool instead.
Evan pulled up our profile in seconds and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. When he came by, he was super knowledgeable about solar and answered all our questions. He was transparent on cost, our savings, and laid out the entire process for us.

Evan provided great customer service and really helped breakdown the costs and potential savings. He wasn't pushy so our conversation felt
nothing like a sales pitch, which was refreshing. I already had solar panels and was grandfathered in on an really good APS plan. We looked at the numbers and found that there was still potential, although minor, to save on energy costs by expanding my system and overall justify the cost of expanding it!
Several months later and my energy savings are exactly as we discussed (possibly better) - no regrets here!

I had been thinking about solar for awhile and got quotes from multiple solar companies before choosing one. I went with this company because the loan contract was straightforward and easy to understand and the rep was knowledgeable and accommodating.
After making my choice, the experience I had with Cheetah Solar was great! The representative was thorough and easy to work with. I understood the agreement before signing and never felt pressured. The solar rep made sure I was 100% comfortable had no questions moving forward and I definitely ask a lot of questions. The installation went smoothly and I was impressed that all promises were delivered within promises timeframes.
Now I LOVE my new system! Not only am I saving money each month but nothing can replace the peace of mind I have knowing I will never receive an astronomical energy bill again. Thank you Cheetah!! You guys rock!
