Affordable Solar installed my solar five years ago and the experience I have since then has been EXCELLENT. They take care of their customers with utmost respect after the installation. I had to call them to troubleshoot some connectivity issues with online monitoring of my solar energy production. Though I had to wait a few weeks for them to come (I knew it is worth waiting based on my prior experience), one of the technician, Mason came to fix the issue and solved the connectivity issue. Mason arrived on time. He was professional and friendly. Thanks Mason!
I cannot recommend Affordable Solar enough! I spent a lot of time researching different companies and came to conclusion that they were the best in town. I have not been disappointed. They have been on top of everything and delivered a great product. Their pricing is competitive, affordable, and straightforward. Any concerns or issues that came up along the way they addressed and have consistently provided high quality service. They are also very generous and caring. Save yourself some time and just go ahead and go with them! You won't be disappointed.
We had a great experience with Affordable Solar! We went all electric last year and decided to move forward with solar this Fall. We interviewed 3 different companies and were impressed with Affordable's proposal, their reputation, and the rapidity with which they could get the project done. McGregor was my main point of contact and was top notch; he was quick to answer questions and get issues sorted. Would eagerly recommend to others who are pursuing solar!
Overall, our solar installation was great! I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to get the job completed, especially in such a busy time of the year. The workers who came out to inspect the house and do the installation were wonderful. I especially want to give a shoutout to Mason who came by to do the measurements before the installation. He was so sweet to my two year old son who was interested in everything Mason was doing.
During our installation, we did have one issue. ABC Supply, a subcontractor of Affordable Solar who delivered the solar materials, damaged our sidewalk and brick wall while delivering some solar materials to our house. After waiting a month and a half for a resolution, I initially left a one-star review of both companies in the hopes that it would alert someone to the issue. Affordable Solar immediately stepped in and had a contractor out to fix our sidewalk within two days. I was really impressed with their ability to get things done once they realized that ABC Supply did not handle the issue.
